If you’re looking for a dating site with decent support, JWed isn’t the one. I tried to contact them several times and never got any response or it was so slow that by the time they answered my question, I had already forgotten what it was about!
The only way to get help is through their website’s FAQ page which doesn’t have much information at all. Even if you manage to find something useful there (which is unlikely), don’t expect too much because this page hasn’t been updated in ages! Plus, most of its content is irrelevant anyway since many features on JWed are outdated and no longer exist.
