How we reviewed MeetMyAge
To review MeetMyAge, my team and I took a comprehensive approach. We tested both the free and paid versions of the site to get an accurate picture of what it has to offer. To ensure we had enough data for our review, we sent out messages on the platform – in total sending over 200 messages across several days of use. We also spent time exploring all aspects of MeetMyAge’s features such as messaging options, profile customization tools, search filters etc., so that readers can make informed decisions about whether this is right dating site for them or not. Additionally, since security is paramount when it comes to online dating sites like these – especially ones with paid memberships – we looked into how secure their payment system was by testing its encryption methods too! Finally (and most importantly) before writing up our final verdict on MeetMyAge’s services and offerings;we made sure that each member got a chance at having their say by collecting feedback from actual users who have used this service in order to provide you with an unbiased opinion backed up by real-life experiences! This commitment sets us apart from other review sites which don’t take such measures during reviews but instead rely solely upon speculation rather than facts based evidence gathered through rigorous research techniques.
Well, if you’re looking for a dating site that won’t cost you an arm and a leg then MeetMyAge might be the one for you. But don’t expect too much from it because this is definitely not worth your time or money!
The free version of MeetMyAge isn’t really anything to write home about. You can search through profiles but there are no messaging features available unless you upgrade to their paid membership plan. Plus, they only have limited filters so finding someone who matches what I’m looking for is almost impossible! And let’s face it – the design of their website looks like something out of the early 2000s which doesn’t exactly inspire confidence in me as a user either…
Now onto their paid subscription plans – these aren’t any better than its free version unfortunately. For starters, all messages sent between users on MeetMyAge are heavily monitored by moderators (which means privacy concerns here). They also claim to offer “unique features such as video chat and voice call capabilities" but when I tried them out myself they were nothing more than glorified Skype calls with lots of laggy connections and choppy audio quality – hardly unique at all! The worst part though? Their customer service team never responded back after multiple attempts at reaching out…so yeah…not great there either.
All in all, while I appreciate that MeetMyAge offers both free AND premium services – neither seem particularly impressive nor reliable enough to justify spending my hard-earned cash on them anytime soon (or ever!). So until they make some serious improvements across the board (and fast!), this one gets two thumbs down from me 🤷

Security & Safety
If you’re looking for a safe and secure dating app, MeetMyAge is not the one. While it may have some attractive features that make it stand out from other apps in its class, when it comes to safety and security there are far better options available.
When I first heard about MeetMyAge, I was intrigued by their promise of “a safe space where users can meet like-minded people without worrying about fake accounts or bots” – but after taking a closer look at the platform, my enthusiasm quickly faded away. It seems that they don’t really take any measures to verify user profiles; anyone with an email address can create an account without having to go through any kind of verification process whatsoever! Plus, there’s no two-step authentication option either – so if someone gets access to your login credentials (which isn’t too hard these days), then they could easily log into your account and start snooping around on all your private messages…yikes! And even though photos are supposedly manually reviewed before being posted publicly on the site – let’s face it: this doesn’t guarantee anything as far as keeping malicious content off the platform goes. As for privacy policies? Well…let’s just say that things aren’t very clear here either – which makes me wonder how much data exactly is collected from users who sign up with them? Not cool…not cool at all!
All in all: If safety & security are important factors for you when choosing a dating app then unfortunately MeetMyAge won’t be able cut mustard. There simply aren’t enough safeguards in place here compared with many other similar platforms out there today – so unless you want risk putting yourself (and possibly others) at risk, steer well clear of this one!
I recently tried out MeetMyAge, a dating site that caters to people over the age of 50. Unfortunately, my experience was far from positive.
The user profiles on this website are pretty much open for anyone to view – not just other users who have signed up for an account. This means you can’t really keep your information private if you’re looking for some anonymity online; it’s all out there in the public domain! And even though I could set a custom bio and add photos, I didn’t feel like these were enough features to make me want to stay with this platform any longer than necessary. Plus, when browsing through different profiles it felt like most of them had very little location info listed – which makes sense since they cater mainly towards seniors but still made things difficult when trying to narrow down potential matches based on where they live or how close we might be geographically speaking (which is important if you’re considering meeting someone in person). Even worse: there wasn’t any indication as whether or not two users lived near each other so finding someone nearby seemed impossible!
As far as premium subscriptions go – don’t bother wasting your money here either because while having one does give access more features such as seeing who viewed their profile and being able send messages without limits – none of those perks will guarantee better quality matches nor do anything about improving the general atmosphere/user base within MeetMyAge itself…and trust me when I say that after spending time exploring around its various pages & forums; there definitely seems something off about many members here….like maybe too good-to-be true? Yeah…definitely encountered quite a few fake accounts during my short stint with this site…so buyer beware!
All in all: unless privacy isn’t an issue then steer clear away from MeetMyAge because frankly speaking – nothing else stands out positively enough worth mentioning at least IMHO anyway..
Registering on MeetMyAge is a piece of cake! It’s fast, easy and free. All you need to do is be over 18 years old and have an internet connection. Once you’re ready to join the party, head over to their website where they’ll ask for some basic information like your name, email address and date of birth (to make sure that you meet the minimum age requirement). After that it’s time for creating a profile – this includes uploading photos so other users can get an idea about who they are talking with as well as writing something about yourself in order to give others more insight into what kind of person you are. Finally all there’s left is setting up your preferences such as location or age range which will help them find better matches according to your interests. And voila – now just hit “Sign Up” button at the bottom page and boom – congratulations! You’ve officially become part of MeetMyAge community full with potential love connections waiting around every corner 😉
- To register on MeetMyAge, you will need:

- Your age and gender
- Your location
- A short bio about yourself

MeetMyAge may be a dating site, but it’s definitely not free. If you want to use the full range of features on this website, then you’ll have to shell out some cash for a paid subscription. It doesn’t come cheap either – their prices are pretty steep compared to other similar sites! Sure, there are some benefits that come with getting a paid membership like being able access all profiles and send unlimited messages; however these perks don’t make up for the high cost of entry. Bottom line: if you’re looking for an affordable online dating experience then MeetMyAge isn’t your best bet – shop around before committing yourself!
|Create a profile, browse profiles, send messages
|Access to advanced search filters, unlimited messaging
|Video chat, read receipts, see who’s viewed your profile
Other dating sites that may be of interest include PlentyOfFish, eHarmony, and OkCupid. These websites offer different features to meet the needs of their users and can provide an alternative for those looking for a new way to find potential dates.
- Plenty of Fish
- Best for those who are looking to meet someone of a similar age
- Best for people seeking long-term relationships
- Best for singles interested in finding compatible partners
MeetMyAge only accepts payment through credit and debit cards, which I find really inconvenient. Plus, they don’t even accept any other form of online payments like PayPal or Apple Pay. It’s a real bummer that MeetMyAge doesn’t offer more secure methods to pay for their services.
Using MeetMyAge without paying is not recommended. You won’t be able to access all the features and will miss out on a lot of potential matches. Plus, it’s unfair to other users who are actually supporting the site by subscribing!
MeetMyAge is a dating site that allows you to search for people in your age range. It’s pretty basic, but it can be time consuming if you’re looking for someone specific. Overall, I’m not too impressed with the service they offer.
I wouldn’t say MeetMyAge is trustworthy. It’s just another dating site, and there are definitely better options out there if you’re looking for a safe online dating experience. I’d suggest steering clear of this one – it doesn’t seem to have the best reputation.
